Something NEW for Red Oak!!

Houses Fronting Green Belts and Parks |
Heritage Place at Red Oak is a fresh approach to development.
The Heritage Place development group wants to bring to Red Oak,
Texas, some standards for development that they believe are
vital, but lacking in many of north Texas’ existing communities.
The Heritage Place development group is introducing more
functional green spaces into traditional neighborhoods. In the
spirit of the Red Oak slogan,
“Building
our Future, from Our Heritage,” Heritage Place will
offer walking paths, common areas, and parks where neighbors can
gather and socialize creating a close knit feel reminiscent of
“old-town USA.”
The City of Red Oak’s Parks Department is currently in the
process of moving towards implementing many similar development
standards.
Working with Shauna Greaham, Red Oak’s Parks and Recreation
Director, the Heritage Place development group has incorporated
values of development that meet or exceed standards soon to be
implemented by city ordinance. |
Residents of Heritage Place at Red Oak will enjoy green belts,
grounds care, park areas, and a community pool area, all of
which are open and inviting, and provide a comforting sense of
community.
Many developers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area have
confined their neighborhood designs to a straight, grid pattern
of streets with only marginal green spots that don’t seem to
attract much use by the neighbors within the subdivision.
Heritage Place at Red Oak will offer a wide selection of home
styles and price ranges.
Prospective homebuyers looking towards Red Oak for the benefits
provided by the school district, and an all around wholesome
town will find in Heritage Place Red Oak is also offering:
